For a long time, we have associated the pencil skirt with office outfits, crisp shirts and classic court shoes. However, fashion is once again showing us that the same garment can tell very different stories depending on how we choose to style it.

Esta temporada otoño-invierno 2026-2027, las pasarelas de firmas como Chanel, Miu Miu y Hermès recuperan la silueta lápiz, aunque con una visión menos rígida y mucho más actual. La idea ya no es vestirla siempre de la misma manera, sino jugar con los contrastes y encontrar combinaciones que encajen con nuestro estilo personal.

Y eso es precisamente lo que más me gusta de esta tendencia.

For the autumn-winter 2026–2027 season, fashion houses such as Chanel, Miu Miu and Hermès are bringing back the pencil skirt silhouette, giving it a softer, more contemporary feel. The idea is no longer to wear it the same way every time, but to play with contrasts and find combinations that reflect our personal style.

And that is precisely what I love most about this trend.

The pencil skirt gets a makeover this season 

Si algo caracteriza a la falda tubo es su corte recto y estrecho, que sigue la línea del cuerpo y suele terminar a la altura de la rodilla o casi al tobillo. Una silueta reconocible que no necesita demasiados detalles para funcionar.

Lo interesante es que ahora podemos encontrarla en tejidos y acabados muy distintos: desde la clásica falda negra de sastrería hasta diseños de punto, propuestas de piel y modelos con texturas que aportan personalidad al conjunto.

Personalmente, creo que su mayor virtud está en la versatilidad. Una falda tubo puede resultar impecable para una ocasión más formal, pero también puede formar parte de un estilismo relajado para el día a día. Todo depende de las prendas que elijamos para acompañarla.

What defines a pencil skirt is its straight, slim cut, which follows the natural lines of the body and usually falls to the knee or just above the ankle. It is a distinctive silhouette that needs very few details to make an impact.

What makes it particularly interesting is the variety of fabrics and finishes available today, from the classic black tailored skirt to knitted designs, leather styles and textured fabrics that add character to an outfit.

Personally, I think its greatest strength lies in its versatility. A pencil skirt can look polished enough for a more formal occasion, yet it can also be part of a relaxed, everyday outfit. It all depends on the pieces we choose to pair it with.

Y, aunque las tendencias cambien constantemente, siempre me parece una buena idea invertir en piezas que podamos seguir utilizando durante varias temporadas.

Con un jersey de punto: mi combinación favorita para el otoño. Podemos apostar por una falda negra con un jersey beige, gris o color chocolate, o salir de los tonos neutros con una prenda de punto en un color más intenso.

En cuanto al calzado, unas botas altas, unos botines o unos mocasines pueden completar el conjunto dependiendo del resultado que busquemos. No siempre necesitamos recurrir a los tacones para que una falda de este tipo tenga presencia.

And although trends are constantly changing, I always think it is worth investing in pieces we can continue wearing season after season.

With a knit sweater: my favourite combination for autumn 

We can opt for a black pencil skirt with a beige, grey or chocolate-brown sweater, or step away from neutral tones with a knit in a bolder colour.

As for footwear, knee-high boots, ankle boots or loafers can complete the outfit, depending on the look we want to achieve. We don’t always need to rely on high heels to give this type of skirt real impact.

Entre todas las versiones que podemos encontrar, las faldas tubo de piel o efecto piel merecen una mención especial ya que tienen más fuerza visual que una falda clásica de tejido sastre.

Los zapatos de tacón siguen siendo un buen aliado de la falda tubo, especialmente cuando queremos conseguir un estilismo más pulido pero con bailarinas, mocasines o botas de tacón bajo, la falda tubo adquiere un aire diferente, menos previsible y mucho más cotidiano.

Aunque las tendencias nos sirvan de inspiración, hay algo que considero fundamental: elegir la versión con la que nos sintamos cómodas.

Among all the versions available, leather and faux-leather pencil skirts deserve a special mention, as they have more visual impact than a classic tailored design.

Heeled shoes remain a great match for a pencil skirt, especially when we want a more polished look. However, with ballet flats, loafers or low-heeled boots, the pencil skirt takes on a different feel: less predictable and much more suited to everyday wear.

Although trends can inspire us, there is one thing I consider essential: choosing a version that makes us feel comfortable and confident.

El largo, el tejido y el ajuste pueden cambiar mucho el resultado. Una falda midi de tejido con cierta estructura ofrece una imagen diferente a una de punto elástico, más ceñida al cuerpo. Ninguna es mejor que la otra; simplemente responden a estilos y necesidades distintas.

Mi conclusión: un clásico que merece volver al armario y que esta temporada recupera protagonismo, pero lo hace con más posibilidades de combinación y sin quedar limitada a los estilismos más formales.

El turquesa conquista el otoño 2026: el color que ilumina tus looks

Cuando pensamos en los colores del otoño, solemos imaginar marrones, burdeos, grises o verdes oliva. Tonos bonitos, elegantes y muy fáciles de combinar, pero ¿por qué no darle una oportunidad a un color que aporte luz y un punto diferente a nuestros estilismos? Esta temporada, el turquesa se convierte en una alternativa perfecta para quienes buscan salir de los colores de siempre sin renunciar a la elegancia.

In my opinion, it’s one of those colours that can transform a simple look without the need to add too many accessories. And when we want to dress well without making things too complicated, that’s always a winning choice.

Cómo llevar el turquesa este otoño-invierno 2026

Lo que más me gusta del turquesa es que podemos adaptarlo a diferentes estilos. No hace falta vestir de colores llamativos de pies a cabeza para incorporarlo al armario. A veces, basta con elegir una sola prenda o un complemento bien escogido.

Con marrón chocolate, una combinación muy otoñal. El contraste entre la luminosidad del turquesa y la profundidad del marrón funciona especialmente bien. Un jersey turquesa con pantalón chocolate, o una chaqueta en este tono sobre una base marrón, puede dar lugar a un estilismo elegante y actual.

What I love most about turquoise is how easily it can be adapted to different styles. You don’t have to dress in bold colours from head to toe to incorporate it into your wardrobe. Sometimes, all it takes is one statement piece or a carefully chosen accessory.

With chocolate brown, a perfect autumn combination. The contrast between the brightness of turquoise and the depth of brown works particularly well. A turquoise jumper with chocolate-brown trousers, or a jacket in this shade worn over a brown outfit, can create an elegant and contemporary look.

Camuflaje: como llevarlo esta temporada

 

De vuelta...

Y qué mejor manera de volver que con una tendencia que ya se intuía que iba a ocupar un hueco en nuestro armario. 

Aquí ya os hablaba del pantalón cargo militar un estilo q personalmente me encanta por lo bien que queda en todas sus versiones sea bermuda o largo pero... en esta ocasión regresa y muy fuerte el camuflaje, un estampado atrevido pero increíblemente versatil aunque no lo creas.

Back again...

And what better way to come back than with a trend that was already showing signs of taking its place in our wardrobes.

Here I was already talking to you about military-style cargo trousers, a style I personally love because of how great they look in all their versions, whether shorts or full-length. But... this time, camouflage is back, and it's back in a big way: a bold print that is incredibly versatile, even if you don't think so.

Lo que cambia en tendencia respecto a él es que no hace falta llevarlo de una manera especialmente urbana ni construir un look completamente inspirado en el estilo militar. Al contrario: la gracia está precisamente en mezclarlo con prendas que, a priori, poco tienen que ver con él, y como sabéis la mezcla de texturas es lo que más me gusta en un look.

Un pantalón camuflaje o chaqueta ya tiene mucha presencia y puede convertirse en la pieza protagonista de un estilismo muy sencillo combinándolo con prendas básicas pero tambien tienes la opción (como siempre...)  de poner imaginación y elevar el look con prendas dispares como son las rayas, lentejuelas o prendas con flecos.

What has changed in the way this trend is being worn is that there is no need to style it in a particularly urban way or create a look that is entirely inspired by military style. On the contrary: the beauty lies precisely in mixing it with pieces that, at first glance, have little to do with it. And as you know, mixing textures is what I love most in a look.

A camouflage pair of trousers or a jacket already has plenty of presence and can easily become the statement piece of a very simple outfit when paired with basic pieces. But you also have the option, as always, of using your imagination and elevating the look with contrasting pieces such as stripes, sequins or fringed garments.

Si hablamos del pantalón , los más reconocibles son los clásicos cargo, amplios y con bolsillos, pero podemos encontrar versiones más relajadas que combinados con prendas de sastrería, piel y accesorios minimalistas resultan mucho más fáciles de incorporar a un armario de diario.

When it comes to trousers, the most recognisable versions are the classic cargo styles, loose-fitting and featuring plenty of pockets. But we can also find more relaxed versions which, when combined with tailored pieces, leather and minimalist accessories, are much easier to incorporate into an everyday wardrobe.

Considero que es un estampado con mucha personalidad capaz de elevar un look diario si se equilibra con piezas básicas y elegantes. Un pantalón de este estampado con una prenda femenina, un bolso estructurado y unos zapatos más sofisticados crea un contraste que me parece mucho más interesante que intentar coordinarlo todo.

Camouflage is, in my opinion, a print with a lot of personality, capable of elevating an everyday look when balanced with simple, elegant pieces. Camouflage trousers paired with a feminine top, a structured handbag and more sophisticated shoes create a contrast that I find much more interesting than trying to match everything.

La nueva vida de la moda de baño: del mar a la calle

 Durante mucho tiempo, el bañador y el bikini estuvieron asociados únicamente a la playa, la piscina y esos días de verano en los que el único objetivo era disfrutar del sol. Pero la moda evoluciona y poco a poco estas prendas han ido conquistando un nuevo espacio: nuestro armario de verano 2026.

Hoy la moda de baño ya no se queda junto al mar. Bañadores, bikinis y complementos se mezclan con nuestras prendas habituales creando looks que funcionan más allá de la arena. La clave está en ver estas piezas con otros ojos y descubrir todas sus posibilidades, esta tendencia quedará para siempre.

Siempre me ha gustado descubrir nuevas posibilidades en las prendas que ya tenemos en nuestro armario. Creo que la moda tiene mucho de imaginación y de jugar con aquello que nos hace sentir bien. Una misma pieza puede transmitir algo completamente diferente dependiendo de cómo la combinemos, y precisamente ahí está la magia del estilo personal.

For a long time, swimsuits and bikinis were associated exclusively with the beach, the pool, and those summer days when the only goal was to enjoy the sunshine. But fashion evolves, and little by little these garments have conquered a new space: our 2026 summer wardrobe.

Today, swimwear no longer stays by the sea. Swimsuits, bikinis, and accessories are combined with our everyday clothing, creating looks that go far beyond the sand. The key is to see these pieces from a different perspective and discover all the possibilities they offer. This trend is here to stay.

I have always loved discovering new possibilities in the pieces we already have in our wardrobes. I believe fashion is all about imagination and playing with what makes us feel good. Cuando una prenda deja de tener una sola función

El bañador es probablemente una de las piezas que mejor representa esta transformación. Un diseño sencillo, especialmente en colores lisos como el negro, el blanco, el chocolate o los tonos tierra, puede convertirse en un auténtico body combinado con un pantalón de lino, una falda fluida o unos vaqueros. Una misma prenda puede acompañarnos desde una mañana junto al mar hasta una comida o una tarde de verano.

A simple design, especially in solid colours such as black, white, chocolate brown, or earthy tones, can become a true bodysuit when combined with linen trousers, a flowing skirt, or jeans. The same garment can accompany us from a morning by the sea to a lunch or a summer afternoon.

Bikinis have also found a new way to step beyond the beach. Swim tops are now incorporated into outfits with high-waisted trousers, long skirts, or lightweight open shirts. A white linen shirt worn over a bikini can become one of those simple yet charming looks that perfectly capture the essence of summer.

Pareo skirts are another example of how fashion transforms garments. What was once simply an accessory used to cover up after leaving the water has now become a skirt, an improvised dress, or a piece that can add movement and personality to any outfit.

También los caftanes, kimonos y camisas oversize han dejado de ser prendas exclusivamente playeras para formar parte de nuestros estilismos estivales. Son piezas cómodas, elegantes y perfectas para crear esa sensación de verano relajado que tanto nos gusta.

Los accesorios tienen un papel fundamental en esta nueva forma de entender la moda de baño. Los cestos de fibras naturales siguen siendo uno de los grandes clásicos del verano, aportando ese toque artesanal y atemporal que combina con todo. Los sombreros de rafia, las gafas de sol protagonistas, los pañuelos de seda y las joyas con inspiración marina completan looks que ya no distinguen entre playa y calle.

The same applies to kaftans, kimonos, and oversized shirts, which have stopped being exclusively beachwear pieces and have become part of our summer outfits. They are comfortable, elegant garments, and perfect for creating that relaxed summer feeling that we love so much.

Accessories play a fundamental role in this new way of understanding swimwear. Natural fibre basket bags remain one of the great summer classics, adding an artisanal and timeless touch that goes well with everything. Raffia hats, statement sunglasses, silk scarves, and marine-inspired jewellery complete looks that no longer distinguish between the beach and the street.

Bracelets take centre stage: gold designs, natural stones, colourful beads, or a combination of different pieces create that personal and effortless effect that works so beautifully in summer.

Esta evolución demuestra que la moda actual busca prendas más versátiles, piezas que puedan acompañarnos en diferentes momentos y que nos permitan crear nuestro propio estilo. Ya no se trata de guardar ciertas prendas únicamente para una ocasión concreta, sino de darles una nueva vida a través de la imaginación y la forma de combinarlas.

Porque al final, la verdadera tendencia no es solo una prenda determinada, sino la manera en la que conseguimos hacerla nuestra.

Hay prendas que este verano 2026 se están colando en todos los armarios sin hacer mucho ruido, y las faldas asimétricas son una de ellas. No es una tendencia complicada ni excesiva, más bien todo lo contrario: es ese tipo de prenda que parece sencilla pero que cambia por completo cómo se ve un conjunto.

There are some pieces that are quietly making their way into every wardrobe this summer 2026, and asymmetric skirts are one of them. It’s not a complicated or over-the-top trend; quite the opposite. It’s the kind of garment that looks simple at first glance, but completely changes the way an outfit comes together.

Su encanto está en el propio corte. El bajo irregular, más corto en algunas zonas y más largo en otras, crea movimiento al caminar y aporta un efecto visual muy favorecedor sin necesidad de esfuerzo. Por eso están apareciendo tanto en colecciones de verano, en versiones muy fluidas y también en diseños más estructurados con un aire casi arquitectónico.
