Os aseguro que nunca me ha gustado el crochet pero.......reconozco que algunas prendas me han cautivado y rebuscando por las mejores editoriales de moda como Vogue, Hola o Thegloss he encontrado el estilo perfecto que me encanta y que tendría en mi armario. Si es cierto que el crochet aparece reinventado, fusionado con cortes modernos, siluetas minimalistas y propuestas que mezclan lo retro con lo contemporáneo y con eso ya.....

I have to admit, I’ve never really been a fan of crochet… but some pieces have truly won me over. While browsing through top fashion editorials like Vogue, Hola, and The Gloss, I found the perfect style that suits me and that I’d definitely have in my wardrobe. It’s true that crochet is making a comeback in a reinvented way, fused with modern cuts, minimalist silhouettes, and designs that blend retro with contemporary and that’s exactly what won me over.

Cuando lo veo solo pienso en una palabra: artesanal, el regreso a lo hecho a mano, lo único. Casas como Chloé, Fendi o Ulla Johnson han reinterpretado el crochet en clave sofisticada, mientras que firmas más accesibles como Zara, Mango o H&M han mostrado piezas más sencillas para la playa o la ciudad.

When I see it, only one word comes to mind: artisanal a return to the handmade, the unique. Fashion houses like Chloé, Fendi, and Ulla Johnson have reimagined crochet with a sophisticated twist, while more accessible brands like Zara, Mango, and H&M offer simpler pieces perfect for the beach or the city.

Es uno de los tejidos que se puede mezclar sin ningun miedo y adquirir distintas texturas, el denim o cuero son perfectos para lograr un contraste interesante y menos playero. El total look blanco o marfil no falla y por supuesto el estilo 70s con colores más vibrantes en rayas o flores para festivales o playa.

Como persona dedicada al mundo de la moda y el lifestyle, este tipo de encuentros son una oportunidad única no solo para descubrir lo nuevo que las marcas están preparando, sino también para conectar con profesionales del sector que comparten la misma pasión por el estilo y la creatividad.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of attending Deichman's anniversary event, celebrating 15 years of the brand’s presence in Spain with a memorable evening on one of the most beautiful rooftops in central Madrid. As someone dedicated to the world of fashion and lifestyle, these kinds of gatherings are a unique opportunity not only to discover what brands are working on, but also to connect with industry professionals who share the same passion for style and creativity.

La organización del evento a cargo de Newlink fue impecable:  desde la selección del espacio una terraza con vistas increíbles al skyline madrileño hasta cada uno de los detalles que marcaron la noche. Música, una propuesta gastronómica cuidada y un ambiente animado dieron el marco perfecto para celebrar el recorrido de una marca que, durante estos 15 años, se ha consolidado como un referente de calzado accesible, moderno y versátil.

The event, impeccably organized by Newlink, was flawless—from the choice of venue, a rooftop with breathtaking views of the Madrid skyline, to every detail that defined the evening. Music, a carefully curated gastronomic offering, and a lively atmosphere created the perfect setting to celebrate the journey of a brand that, over the past 15 years, has established itself as a benchmark for accessible, modern, and versatile footwear.

Entre los asistentes se encontraban influencers, editores de revistas, estilistas y creadores de contenido, lo que reforzó la sensación de estar en un encuentro clave para el mundo de la moda. Uno de los aspectos más destacados fue la exposición de algunos de los productos icónicos de Deichman, junto con adelantos de futuras colecciones que reflejan su compromiso con la innovación sin perder de vista las tendencias actuales.

Among the attendees were influencers, magazine editors, stylists, and content creators, which reinforced the feeling of being at a key gathering for the fashion world. One of the highlights of the evening was the showcase of some of Deichman’s iconic products, along with previews of upcoming collections that reflect the brand’s commitment to innovation while staying in tune with current trends.

Personalmente, me encantó ver cómo una marca con tanto recorrido sigue apostando por la cercanía y la experiencia. Esta celebración no fue solo un repaso de lo logrado, sino una declaración de intenciones: Deichmann sigue caminando con paso firme hacia el futuro.

No voy ha hablar de las rayas marineras de partes superiores que tanto nos gustan y que ya sabemos que es un básico por excelencia, si no del pantalon de raya vertical, otro hit de los 80 que favorecen como pocos ya que estilizan la figura y combinan a la perfección.

En todos los estilos como en flare, globo o recto excepto en pitillo son la tendencia que no te puedes perder y que hay que apostar para este verano 2025.

I'm not going to talk about the classic navy stripes on the upper parts that we love so much and already know are a timeless staple, but rather about vertical striped pants—another 80s hit that flatters like few others since they elongate the figure and pair perfectly.

Desde vaqueros con rayas en versión más casual (la que más me gusta y que de momento no he encontrado en nuestras tiendas low cost) hasta en tejidos más fluidos son los más vistos en street style de los países más importantes de la moda. La originalidad de algunos modelos como este con volante en el bajo crea un efecto divertido con el movimiento además del ancho de la raya y color, divino!

Burberry, Alberta Ferreti son algunos que han incluido este modelo de pantalon en sus colecciones y es que no puede ser más acertado por lo bien que combinan tanto con prendas superiores como con cualquier calzado

Como describiría yo este pantalon? Un estilo casual pero muy versatil, pernera fluida y rayas más bien anchas a ser posibles de colores llamativos son los que más me gustan aunque el rollo pijamero con rayas más finas también es acertado.

How would I describe these pants? A casual style, with a flowing leg and wide stripes, preferably in bright colors—those are my favorites. Although, the pajama-like look with thinner stripes is also a good choice."

Pues si, el Peplum vuelve! esa prenda con una sobrecapa que se ajusta a la cintura dando lugar a una silueta ultra femenina.

Su origen viene de la antigua Grecia y en los años 40 Dior presentó esta prenda como parte de una de sus colecciones y ya se convirtió en un referente de moda.

Desde el 2010 llevábamos sin verlo y esta primavera ha reaparecido para convertirse en la tendencia más deseada del momento, por supuesto decisión siempre de los grandes diseñadores, que han apostado por su regreso y exponerlo en sus pasarelas, ellos mandan!

Personalmente me declino por el estilo menos exagerado con líneas más caídas y tejidos más sutiles sin llegar a ser prendas demasiado exageradas. Saber combinarlo es todo un acierto pero cuidado... mi consejo es mezclarlo con partes inferiores sencillas para mantener un equilibrio y así conseguir looks llamativos y muy femeninos. Jeans tiro alto, shorts, pantalon básico son aptas hoy en día perfectas para combinar con el peplum.

Personally, I prefer a less exaggerated style with softer lines and more subtle fabrics, avoiding overly flashy garments. Knowing how to combine them is key, but be careful... my advice is to mix them with simple lower pieces to maintain balance and achieve striking yet very feminine looks. High-waisted jeans, shorts, and basic pants are perfect options nowadays to pair with a peplum.

O LO ODIAS O LO AMAS

 

Es un gran protagonista desde hace varias temporadas y que quedará eterno en nuestro armario,  me refiero al pantalon cargo.  Esta propuesta se ha visto tanto en su version original como en versiones más actualizadas.

It's been a great staple for several seasons and will remain timeless in our wardrobe; I'm talking about the cargo pants. This style has been seen both in its original version and in more updated versions.

Recordemos que el cargo tiene su origen militar como prenda de trabajo, muy útil por sus múltiples bolsillos en las perneras y un tejido bastante grueso. Hoy en día las versiones son muchas: desde el recto y ancho, bermudas e incluso estilo bombacho. Los tejidos quizas sean los que más han variado ya que no sólo se realizan en algodón también apuestan por tejidos más fluidos como el lino o seda algo impensable hace decadas dando lugar a unas pasarelas y calles llenos de looks muy interesantes y atractivos.
