Pues si, el Peplum vuelve! esa prenda con una sobrecapa que se ajusta a la cintura dando lugar a una silueta ultra femenina.

Su origen viene de la antigua Grecia y en los años 40 Dior presentó esta prenda como parte de una de sus colecciones y ya se convirtió en un referente de moda.

Personalmente me declino por el estilo menos exagerado con líneas más caídas y tejidos más sutiles sin llegar a ser prendas demasiado exageradas. Saber combinarlo es todo un acierto pero cuidado... mi consejo es mezclarlo con partes inferiores sencillas para mantener un equilibrio y así conseguir looks llamativos y muy femeninos. Jeans tiro alto, shorts, pantalon básico son aptas hoy en día perfectas para combinar con el peplum.

Personally, I prefer a less exaggerated style with softer lines and more subtle fabrics, avoiding overly flashy garments. Knowing how to combine them is key, but be careful... my advice is to mix them with simple lower pieces to maintain balance and achieve striking yet very feminine looks. High-waisted jeans, shorts, and basic pants are perfect options nowadays to pair with a peplum.
